Gateley Legal‘s commercial dispute resolution team has expertise in debt recovery, banking and finance litigation, acting for a number clients in the financial services industry. James Baird leads the team and has extensive experience in asset finance and leasing matters. Baird has a particular focus on fraud, international cross-border recoveries, title and quality disputes, secret commission, bribery and financial crime, consumer-credit litigation and collections consultancy matters. Edmund Locock handles a variety of contentious banking, asset finance and leasing matters, including asset seizures and agreements regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
