Work highlights

Assisted in the claim of an infant who suffered a severe injury following a motor vehicle accident. As part of his claim, the firm put in place an extensive lifelong rehabilitation package, and built an adapted home.
Secured a multi-million pound settlement for a claimant who was the pillion passenger on the motorbike which was involved in crash killing the driver. The Claimant suffered a severe spinal injury, and was paralysed from the waist down as a result of the accident. A full rehabilitation package was also put in place.
Instructed by the child of a mother who was born in 1976 and who died following a diagnosis of mesothelioma. An inquest into her mother’s death is due to take place by the senior coroner in Cardiff.
