With offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Indochine Counsel's practice advises both local and multinational clients on the broad range of TMT matters, including those relating to licensing, internal compliance, due diligence, franchising and tech-related transactions. The team also advises on the development of new business models in the absence of legal frameworks, notably in the fields of fintech, cryptocurrency and crowdfunding.
