DFDL Legal & Tax’s advises on the full cycle of cross-border projects and energy deals, from acquisition and financing through to disposal and divestment. The team is co-led by Dave Seibert, Phong Anh Hoang and Martin Desautels. Seibert has experience acting on gas, solar, hydropower and national infrastructure projects, while Hoang has a strong knowledge of banking and finance, and corporate mandates. Desautels handles renewable energy and large-scale infrastructure projects. In May 2025, the team was joined by Standré Bezuidenhout who brings deep regulatory expertise. Kevin Hawkins left the firm in July 2024.
