InterJuris Abogados is a full-service firm with offices in Caracas, Miami and Madrid that maintains a comprehensive practice covering banking and finance, corporate and M&A, dispute resolution, energy and natural resources, labour and employment, public law and tax matters. The banking and finance team is led by Madrid-based founder and co-managing partner Juan José Delgado, who advises on project financing, corporate restructurings and fintech matters, while the corporate and M&A practice is headed by Carlos Delgado Álvarez  and Maria de Los Angeles Celis, who handle mergers and foreign investment, with Madrid-based José Alejandro Corbán contributing experience in asset sales and spinoffs. The energy and natural resources department, led by Miami-based co-managing partner Gabriela Rachadell de Delgado, advises major international oil operators on contractual and joint venture matters, including gas licensing processes and the structural transition of operating agreements, alongside support for infrastructure and downstream projects, with Franco Di Miele focusing on hydrocarbon joint ventures and energy sector financing. The public law and dispute resolution practices are led by Luis Ortiz-Álvarez, while Gonzalo Pérez Salazar, who brings experience from his time as general counsel to two banking institutions, and associate Caterina Jordan Procopio handle complex arbitration and administrative contracts. The labour and employment department, headed by Ángel Meléndez Cardoza, manages high-profile litigation, including the defence of consumer goods and energy clients as well as banking institutions in multi-suit labour litigation. The tax practice, led by Miami-based María Leticia Perera, provides support with cross-border structuring and audits, with associates Sofía Fidalgo Varela, Pedro Ibáñez and María Fernanda Espín providing further capacity.
