A seasoned litigator before the Patent and Trademark Office and the judicial courts, her recent activity involves representing clients in nullity actions that establish evidentiary precedents for electronic documents and defending established brands against non-use cancellation challenges. Associate Gabriel Carabeo manages the preliminary stages of IP disputes, where he specialises in searching for potential trademark conflicts and representing clients in opposition and defence matters before both administrative and judicial bodies.
