Work highlights

Advised Grupo Via Central on the Ferrocarril Central Project, the largest train infrastructure project investment in Uruguay (USD 1,3bn approx.).
Advised Banco de la República Oriental del Uruguay – state owned bank, and largest commercial bank in the country – which provided senior financing for USD 48 million under the agreement signed between UPR Femenina S.A. and the Ministry of Interior of Uruguay for the design, construction, equipment, operation and financing of the penitentiary centre in Uruguay.
