Assisted global pharmaceutical company Roche in a complex antitrust investigation and litigation in relation to an innovative subscription-based “Netflix-Model” agreement, through which Roche sells medications to the leading public supplier in Uruguay, Fondo Nacional de Recursos (FNR).
Represented multinational company LG Electronics in a suit filed by former sub-distributor of all its products in Uruguay, Incotel S.A., claiming damages related to alleged breaches of contract and termination of its contract, for over USD 2.7m.
