Lisa Jones is a seasoned litigator who counsels individuals, institutions, and corporations on a broad spectrum of labor & employment legal matters. Lisa serves as Vice Chair of the Labor & Employment Practice Group.
Lisa has a depth of litigation and trial expertise focusing on labor, employment, class action defense, and complex commercial and white-collar criminal matters.
Her practice includes representing clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, and Federal and State court on compliance-related matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN), the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank), the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act (TVPA), and Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA) matters.
