Notably, the firm is currently acting as lead counsel for the State of Maryland for all maritime claims arising from the allision of the M/V DALI with the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, the largest single maritime property damage claim in US history. From New Orleans, Keith Jarrett represents leading oil, marine and energy companies, notably BP and Shell, in major litigation; David Reisman is a recognized expert in salvage and wreck removal cases; Raymond Waid handles casualty responses; and Jill Willhoft and Elizabeth McIntosh represent clients in personal injury and wrongful death matters.
