Advised a Japanese aviation leasing company as beneficial seller’s/purchaser's counsel in the sale and purchase of the beneficial interest and JOLCO finance and lease of seven (7) Airbus A321-271NX aircraft with MSNs 11032, 11086, 11642, 11161, 11195, 11247 and 11203. The aircraft are leased to a major American ultra low-cost airline.
