Seattle-based practice head Alison Maxwell is known for her work advising large conglomerates and foreign companies on all international tax structuring and transaction matters. In New York, Gerald Rokoff draws from a wealth of experience to advise on matters ranging from financial products, insurance products, and M&A transactions.
