DLA Piper LLP (US)’s tax team comprises a large number of tax advisors and economists well-versed in the full range of international tax planning, transactions and controversy advice and particularly noted for its capabilities in substantial transactional tax structuring as well as disputes and litigation. Seattle-based Alison Maxwell and Maruti Narayan who is based in New York, jointly lead the practice.
