The practice is led from New York by Marshall Feiring and Ryan Zucchetto. Feiring’s work centers on the formation and ongoing operation of complex investment vehicles such as REMICs, RICs and REITs. Whereas Zucchetto regularly acts as tax counsel to issuers and underwriters on residential mortgage-backed securities transactions involving both performing and non-performing loans.
