K.C. Hightower

K. C. Hightower is an accomplished courtroom lawyer, with extensive jury trial experience.  He devotes his civil practice to complex commercial litigation and arbitration, real property litigation including eminent domain, and the representation of governmental entities. K.C. also has broad and considerable experience in the area of criminal defense. In addition to handling white collar criminal defense matters for his clients, he regularly assists businesses with internal investigations and navigating governmental investigations. K.C. is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and has deep experience in the state and federal trial courts of Mississippi. He has also spent significant time representing his clients before the Supreme Court of Mississippi, the Court of Appeals of the State of Mississippi, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. K.C. is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Mississippi, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association.
