K. C. Hightower is an accomplished courtroom lawyer, with extensive jury trial experience.  He devotes his civil practice to complex commercial litigation and arbitration, real property litigation including eminent domain, and the representation of governmental entities. K.C. also has broad and considerable experience in the area of criminal defense. In addition to handling white collar criminal defense matters for his clients, he regularly assists businesses with internal investigations and navigating governmental investigations.
