    Work highlights

    Represented BP plc after the City of Charleston sued major oil companies alleging they committed unfair trade practices by misrepresenting the risks of burning fossil fuels, which allegedly caused caused adverse climate impacts damaging the city.
    Served as counsel for landowners on the north end of Debordieu Island after a neighbouring beach renourishment project resulted in the erosion of the north end of the client and impacted the clients beachfront properties.
