Represented Prime Storage Group in a CMBS financing with Citigroup Funding Inc. and Goldman Sachs Mortgage Company of a 34-property portfolio of self-storage and mixed-use properties comprising approximately 3.9 million SF located in 14 states and one US territory, the US Virgin Islands.
Represented Major League Baseball (MLB) in connection with the relocation of its MLB Networks headquarters and production facility from Secaucus to downtown Elmwood Park, New Jersey. The team obtained all required land use approvals and advised MLB throughout the redevelopment process for its long-term occupancy of the former Marcal Paper site.
Represented 60 Guilders, LLC in a joint venture with Sentry Realty LLC, acquired an interest in a luxury multifamily residential building, which included 581 market-rate residential units and approximately 14,000 square feet of retail space.
