The real estate practice group has substantial expertise in representing these clients across the full spectrum of real estate matters, including commercial transactions, condemnation and land use, construction and development, distressed debt, entity formation, investment and financing, management and leasing, and workouts and restructurings. Based in the firm’s Dallas office, Paul Martin is a co-chair of the firm’s real estate group and is regarded as a specialist in representing institutional investors, lenders, and PE firms on complex acquisitions, financing, and leasing. Also based in the Dallas office, Nick Buehner serves as another key partner within the firm’s real estate group and is widely recognized for his focus on joint ventures, borrower-side financings, and ground leases within data centres and built-to-suit developments.
