Work highlights
- Advised Related on the successful negotiations with the City of Santa Clara for the lease disposition, ground lease, and development agreements for a nine million square foot new development on an active landfill in Santa Clara, California.
- Advising the Kroenke Group which is leading the development of the multi-billion dollar sports and entertainment complex at SoFi Stadium, located on 298 acres in the City of Inglewood. We are also negotiating the complicated development documentation unifying the retail, residential, office, and open space components of the project.
- Advised the Golden State Warriors in their successful entitlement of a new event center and mixed-use development in the Mission Bay area of San Francisco and most recently, we successfully entitled a further development of a hotel at the site.
