The Austin-based firm is led by Amy Emerson who represents public and private owners and contractors in water treatment plant and pipeline project disputes. She is joined by fellow managing partner Joe Basham who is skilled in contract preparation and negotiation and assists clients throughout all phases of multi-use and hotel projects. Further talent on the team includes trained arbitrators, Matthew Ryan and Will Allensworth, who help architects, engineers, and other design professionals with early dispute resolution.
