Hinckley, Allen & Snyder‘s construction and public contracts group offers a full spectrum of legal services to developers, architects, engineers, and contractors. The practice is headed by Boston’s Joel Lewin, who counsels clients on major infrastructure projects including bridges, tunnels, and highways, and other essential developments such as schools, airports, and hospitals. He is joined by fellow practice heads, Boston’s John Connelly, who deals with professional liability and insurance coverage disputes, and Albany’s James Barriere, who has a wealth of public and private project experience. Dividing his time between Hartford and Fort Lauderdale, Jared Cohane advises on contract drafting, bidding, and public procurement as well as dispute resolution.
