Marisa Darden is a partner at Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP, and is the chair for the white collar, government investigations & regulatory compliance practice group. Darden’s practice has primarily focused on companies and individuals in defence of civil and criminal investigations and prosecutions brought by governmental regulatory bodies. Darden has represented clients in cases of wire and mail fraud, complex financial investigations, workplace violations, and sexual harassment claims.
