Position
Louis is a partner in the firm’s Business Restructuring practice group and has extensive experience in significant Chapter 11 reorganizations, commercial workouts, foreclosure cases, receiverships and assignments for the benefit of creditors. He has represented debtors, creditors’ committees, secured lenders, equipment lessors, landlords and tenants, trade creditors, health insurers, bio-pharma companies, prospective acquirers, preference defendants and other interested parties in numerous major Chapter 11 cases throughout the United States. Louis also focuses his practice on related matters arising under the UCC, including sales, personal property leases, letters of credit, security agreements and secured party sales.
