Thom is a partner in the Commercial & Public Finance practice group. He represents private and public companies, emerging companies and private equity firms across a wide spectrum of industries, including specialty chemicals, software-as-a-service, nuclear waste management, leasing, media and telecommunication services. Additionally, he provides representation to banks, privately held funds and other financial institutions lending to borrowers in diverse industry sectors. Thom guides clients through financings for acquisitions, capital call bridge financing, equipment purchases, dividend recapitalizations, interim financing, growth capital and working capital needs.
