Dave is the leader of the firm's Commercial & Public Finance practice group.

He focuses his practice on commercial financing transactions involving banks and other financial institutions, as well as public and private companies, in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities. Dave has significant experience in representing clients in syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, project financing transactions, acquisition financing transactions and equipment financings.

In addition, Dave is a member of the firm’s Energy group, where he represents financial institutions and developers in connection with renewable energy financing, with an emphasis on solar and investment tax credit-driven financing.
