Position
As a lawyer, Tony focuses on two things — providing the best possible client service and getting clients results. He is a civil litigator who understands that every case is important, regardless of size, and although most cases settle, he has the trial experience and track record to take cases to trial, if necessary.
Tony is often entrusted to handle clients’ most important and most complex litigation matters. He provides value to clients by assessing their litigation risks, evaluating their potential claims, managing their disputes prior to litigation, and representing them in lawsuits or arbitrations once they are engaged in litigation. He strives to build long-term relationships with clients and believes that the only way to do that is to be trustworthy, honest, and transparent.
He has significant experience representing clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation as well as construction, labor and employment, commercial landlord-tenant, trade secret litigation, and professional malpractice litigation. He has substantial expertise handling shareholder disputes, including those involving small, closely held entities and larger public companies. He has also been successful representing clients in arbitrations across the country.
