Mark has tried complex commercial cases in state and federal courts in New York and throughout the country, and in various arbitration tribunals. He also has had a broad ranging appellate practice. Mark’s experience encompasses the gamut of commercial disputes. He has represented numerous real estate developers in all manner of litigation and, additionally, he has wide experience in litigating to conclusion or otherwise resolving employment disputes, including employment discrimination, the UCC, and business fraud and other business torts. He has also served in the past as an arbitrator for the Commercial Arbitration Tribunal of the American Arbitration Association.

Mark has been extensively involved in the past with the New York City Bar Association, where he has served as Chair of the Committee on the New York City Civil Courts, Secretary of the Arbitration Committee, member of the Committee on Discipline, and member of the Committee on State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction.
