Paul Cuccurullo is a seasoned lawyer with a proven track record in complex commercial transactions, including finance, capital raising, securitization, structured finance and financial recovery strategies. Paul uniquely leverages his combined commercial, in-house and law firm experience to provide comprehensive and strategic counsel when navigating high-stakes negotiations and crafting innovative strategies for investment firms. He has represented institutional investors in a range of asset classes, including single-family rental and distressed assets, and has advised on rights and remedies under transaction documents. He also counsels clients on new and proposed legislative and regulatory changes.

With more than two decades of experience in complex commercial transactions, Paul represents investors, owners, operators and institutions in a range of financial matters, including structured finance and securitization (RMBS, ABS, CRE CLO and SFR), investment funds, real estate finance, capital raising, financial recovery strategies and distressed asset matters.
