- Represented BurTech Acquisition Corp., a SPAC, to go public through its business combination with Blaize, Inc., a provider of purpose-built, AI-enabled edge computing solutions. Blaize announced that it entered into a definitive agreement to combine with BurTech in December 2023. Upon closing of the proposed transaction, Blaize will became a publicly traded company and is listed on Nasdaq under a new ticker symbol. The proposed transaction values Blaize at a pro forma enterprise value of $894 million.
- A cross-office corporate, M&A and securities team advised Aeries Technology Group Business Accelerators Private Limited, a global professional services and consulting company in India, in its US$346 million business combination transaction with Worldwide Webb Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).
