Experienced at every stage of an outsourcing transactions, Baker McKenzie supports multinational corporations and emerging tech players in the structuring and negotiation of agreements as well as in subsequent renegotiations and exits. The firm regularly advises on a wide range of transactions types, including IT, business processes, facilities management and HR. Acting for both service providers and clients, it is also adept at handling tech-related sourcing matters. The department is led by Peter George, who specializes in cloud services, robotic process automation and IoT sourcing transactions. Adam Aft is an expert in advising on IP issues relating to tech transactions. Elizabeth Ebersole advises on the employment aspects of multi-jurisdictional transactions. Operating out of Palo Alto, Keo McKenzie focuses on AI and digital health matters. Samuel Kramer left the firm in June 2025. Lawyers are based in Chicago unless otherwise stated.
