Mayer Brown‘s emerging companies and venture capital practice, which sits within its broader corporate and securities department, showcases expertise in early-stage investments, venture and growth capital investments, and corporate venture capital investments. An accomplished duo consisting of Scott Young and Mark Bonham, leads the team. Young has been involved in advising technology and life sciences companies, while Bonham is relied on by the team’s portfolio of venture capital fund clients.
