
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP‘s M&A practice leverages its integrated multi-disciplinary teams in tax, IP and executive compensation, to advise a host of financial institutions, and is particularly active in the life sciences, healthcare and oil and gas sectors. The team are experienced in handling private M&A, hostile bids and shareholder activism defense. Practice co-head Robert Little, based in Dallas, is particularly active in the oil and gas, telecoms and infrastructure sectors. Co-leading the team from New York is Saee Muzumdar, an experienced transactional lawyer who advises on both public and private M&A acquisitions and divestitures, and is regularly engaged by investment banks.
