Robin Finch is a partner in our real estate group where she has broad experience advising owners, developers, tenants, and borrowers in all areas of real estate.

Her experience includes purchase and sale transactions, tax-deferred exchanges, leasing agreements, borrower side financing, entity structuring, and succession-planning asset management.

Robin has particular expertise in commercial and residential construction projects. She has represented numerous developers and construction industry professionals in negotiating and drafting fixed price, cost plus and guaranteed maximum price construction contracts, as well as related design-build, architectural, subcontractor, design and engineering agreements.

Robin is currently a board member of The APS Type 1 Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3), that supports education, awareness and fundraising for critical research into rare autoimmune condition.
