The practice manages a wide range of business visas, including short- and long-term work visas, visitor visas for brief business trips, and visas for entrepreneurial individuals with extraordinary ability and professional expertise. The practice is jointly led by Elizabeth Van Arkel, based in Des Moines, Tim Wheelwright in Salt Lake City, and Andrew Behnke, based in Pittsburgh. Together, they support employers and foreign nationals through the permanent residence process, including PERM labor certification applications and immigrant worker petitions that provide a pathway to a green card.
