The practice is jointly led by Austin-based Robert Loughran and the Houston-based Charles Foster, Nestor Rosin, John Meyer, and José Pérez. Loughran frequently counsels clients on US and foreign work authorization, employer sanctions, and maintenance of status, while Avalyn Langemeier, based in the firm’s Houston office, focuses on employment-based immigration and compliance, managing nonimmigrant work visas and permanent residence matters, as well as J-1 waivers and Form I-9 compliance for healthcare, academic, and religious workers.
