The global mobility and migration team at Mayer Brown takes full advantage of its global reach to advise its clients on matters pertaining to commercial visas, mobile employment, benefits, tax and investigations, as well as immigration litigation before the courts. Grace Shie is responsible for leading the practice from the Washington DC office and is regularly leaned on by multinationals for advice on employee mobility. After founding the practice, Elizabeth Espín Stern also plays an important role in the Washington office, especially for clients in the IT, financial services, defense and telecoms sectors. Maximillian Del Rey ably supports the Washington office and brings extensive experience in global mobility and migration, as well as immigration-related compliance and risk management to the group. Carl Risch left the firm in June 2024.
