Overseeing the preparation and filing of nonimmigrant visas for professionals, intra-company transferees, and trainees, Fisher Phillips assists clients with the hiring and retention of foreign talent in the United States and securing visas for US workers being transferred abroad. The practice is jointly led by Shanon Stevenson in Atlanta, Jocelyn Campanaro in Denver, and the Memphis-based David Jones.
