Employee benefits, executive compensation and retirement plans: design

Sullivan & Worcester LLP advises public and private employers on the design, implementation and administration of retirement, welfare and executive compensation arrangements. The team handles qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation programs, equity incentive structures and ESOP transactions, with particular strength in succession planning for privately held and family-owned businesses. The Boston-based team is run by David Guadagnoli whose knowledge of ESOP, fiduciary and investment structuring is an asset to the practice. Amy Sheridan is a key support to Guadagnoli and has extensive 409A, 457 and equity structuring expertise.
