The group is particularly active in advising on the compensation and benefits aspects of cross-border reorganisations, spin-offs and post-acquisition integrations, as well as on pension risk mitigation strategies for multinational employers, including defined benefit de-risking and fiduciary risk management. Barbara Klementz serves as practice head in the San Francisco office and focuses her practice on global equity compensation programs.
