Practice head David Ross advises clients in the technology, financial services, and aviation sectors on trade policy and legislative matters. Lauren Mandell‘s sector experience spans the US-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement, the negotiation and enforcement of trade agreements, and US-China trade. Rhonda Schmidtlein, who joined the team in April 2025 from the US International Trade Commission, has experience in US trade remedy laws and Section 337 trade-related IP disputes. Neena Shenai covers both import and export issues, while Stephanie Hartmann advises private sector companies and sovereign governments on trade remedies and international dispute resolution. Robert Novick retired in 2024, and Jeffrey Kessler left the team in March 2025.
