Represented Simply Wireless in Fourth Circuit appeal against the telecommunications giant T-Mobile. The appellate court sided with Simply Wireless that the district court improperly drew inferences in favor of T-Mobile and improperly decided disputed issues of fact, and vacated and remanded.
