Andrew Pearce, litigation chair at BoyarMiller, leads a dynamic commercial disputes practice encompassing high-stakes lease, partnership, and unfair competition cases. His recent matters include the representation of Welcome Group, LLC in a high-stakes lawsuit exceeding $11 million, defending its subsidiary against breach of lease claims by tenant Tally Production Systems, LLC, while also pursuing fraud and breach of sales agreement claims against the property’s seller, Four Seasons Business Park. Pearce is further involved in the arbitration in a contested family-run franchise breakup, and defending a geophysics firm in successive unfair competition suits in federal and state court.
