Work highlights
- Represented Humana in connection with legal advice and protest prep related to DoD’s decision to award the fifth-generation managed care support contracts for military health program TRICARE (“T-5”). Humana retained Steptoe to secure and defend the award of a $70.9 billion T-5 Contract for the East Region.
- Secured a bid protest victory for GLDD at the Government Accountability Office (“GAO”). The procurement – with bids in excess of $100 million – called for the performance of beach restoration services.
- Represented AAR in a protest against a decision by the Navy against the clients further consideration for the award of a five-year contract to provide depot level maintenance services for the P-8A Poseidon aircraft, asserting that AAR’s proposal was non-compliant based on licensing rights.
