The Mayer Brown government contracts practice is recognised for their work in bid protests, claims disputes, compliance, contract formation, negotiation, grants and loans. The Washington, DC-based team was strengthened in October 2025 with the arrival of practice heads John Prairie and Ryan Frazee from Wiley Rein LLP. Prairie draws on deep experience in high-stakes bid protests, contract terminations, civil and criminal investigations. Frazee focuses on ethics compliance and regularly represents clients before the ASBCA, CBCA, GAO and federal courts.
