The Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP government contracts practice is frequently entrusted with False Claims Act litigation, bid protests, cost disputes and regulatory challenges. The group, primarily based in Washington DC, is led by Dhananjay Manthripragada and Lindsay Paulin. Paulin brings broad experience across complex investigations, claims litigation, as well as suspension and debarment proceedings. Manthripragada splits his time between Washington DC and Los Angeles, and is particularly well regarded for advising educational institutions on government grants compliance, risk and regulatory matters. Joseph West focuses on dispute resolution and civil and criminal fraud investigations, while Jonathan Phillips handles investigations and related whistleblower litigation. Patrick Pearsall joined the team from A&O Shearman in March 2025.
