From the Washington DC office, the practice is co-led by Peter Eyre, Daniel Forman and Adelicia Cliffe. Eyre focuses on suspension and debarment proceedings, investigations as well as mergers and acquisitions. Forman is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience handling bid protests, while Cliffe concentrates on supply chain issues, export controls and classified contracting matters. Stephen McBrady further strengthens the team with a strong litigation record in disputes, regularly appearing before the Court of Federal Claims, the Federal Circuit and boards of contract appeals. Evan Wolff departed the firm in July 2025.
