Cameron A. Parks is a Partner in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Cameron advises clients on a variety of copyright and trademark matters. She advocates the importance of brand protection and routinely counsels clients in the development and management of trademark portfolios. Cameron advises clients on the clearance, prosecution and enforcement of various intellectual property, as well as on licensing matters.  She also frequently provides assistance to clients in trademark opposition proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. In addition to her intellectual property practice, Cameron assists Shutts & Bowen LLP’s General Counsel in advising fellow attorneys and staff regarding loss prevention, risk management, conflict waivers, engagement letters, as well as other procedures related to law firm operation and the client intake process.

Cameron served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable F. Rand Wallis of the 9th Judicial Circuit, Criminal Division. Cameron also interned for the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit. After graduating law school, Cameron attended DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, where she received a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law.
