Ropes & Gray LLP‘s capital markets securitization department leverages experience in advising issuers, invesors and asset-managers in various securitization transactions, especially those with a strong digital infrastructure component, including those involving fiber assets and wireless communication infrastructure. Boston-based Patricia Lynch is the head of securitization, and is broadly experienced in structured finance transactions, including those pertaining to CLOs and stranded cost securitizations.
