Ropes & Gray LLP‘s capital markets securitization department leverages experience in advising issuers, invesors and asset-managers in various securitization transactions, especially those with a strong digital infrastructure component, including those involving fiber assets and wireless communication infrastructure. The team’s expertise also extends to whole business, residential and commercial mortgages, and other asset classes. Boston-based Patricia Lynch is the head of securitization, and is broadly experienced in structured finance transactions, including those pertaining to CLOs and stranded cost securitizations. She is accompanied by capital markets co-heads Paul Tropp and Craig Marcus  as department heads. Based in New York, Christopher Poggi and Matthieu Wharmby are retained by clients for his experience in ABS transctions, whole-businesses securitizations, and alternative assets securitizations.
