Led Global Wound Care’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Houston after a 100% Medicare payment suspension eliminated nearly 90% of revenue. Developed and executed a strategy using bankruptcy proceedings to engage the U.S. government, restoring 75% of payments within two months and enabling continued operations. Secured a preliminary global settlement agreement eight months later to support emergence from bankruptcy.
Represented Powin in its Chapter 11 case in New Jersey following a liquidity crisis driven by tariff exposure, supply chain disruptions, and losses in its engineering and installation business.
