Gregg Galardi, who represents large debtors and distressed borrowers, and Matthew Roose, who represents ad hoc groups of creditors and investors in special situations and liability management transactions, lead the team. Chicago-based Chris Dickerson advises purchases of and investors in distressed companies, while Daniel Gwen assists major companies and stakeholders throughout the corporate restructuring process. Cristine Schwarzman represents various debtors, distressed borrowers, and investors, while Chicago-based Stephen Iacovo handles a range of transactional and litigation matters arising from the restructuring process.
